Med-Search Recruiting Network is the Premier Executive Healthcare Search firm in the U.S. that was launched in 1997 by President of the company, Tim Charow.
Tim has 15 years of experience in National Account Management, Sales Management, Surgical Sales and Field Sales Training within the Fortune 500 arena, including GE Healthcare, Konica-Minolta and Monsanto. Tim's extensive training within these organizations, and the diversification of the markets he has served, gives him a rather unique perspective on the medical industry.
Tim's entrepreneurial spirit has been a dominant force in helping pioneer the start-up and successful expansion of Med-Search Recruiting in all 50 states. This spirit and practical insight makes him uniquely qualified to perform searches in a broad area of the Healthcare Industry. Tim holds dual degrees in Marketing/Management and Economics from the University of Missouri. Tim is currently a Certified Sales Instructor and Facilitator for the Wilson Sales Learning Group, a Senior Consultant for the Daley Group, and a Resource Advisor for the NCI Business Development Consulting Group.
